How Shipping Works
At PetCloudID, shipping is handled directly by our third‑party suppliers. Because each supplier operates independently, shipping rates, methods, and delivery times may vary by product. For this reason, we do not have a single universal shipping policy.
Checking Shipping Costs
You can view the shipping cost for any item by:
- Going to the product page in your store
- Clicking “View Source Product”
- Reviewing the shipping details listed on the supplier’s website
Each supplier displays its own shipping fees, calculated based on destination, shipping method, and product weight.
Delivery Timeframes
Delivery times depend on the supplier’s location and the destination of the order:
- U.S.-based suppliers: typically deliver within 2–7 business days
- China-based suppliers: generally deliver within 15–45 days, depending on customs and carrier speed
